The Newest Hacking & Viruses are getting around Most Firewall Programs. If you are not behind a Hardware Firewall, you could be at risk, check for open ports. Check In your Network Settings, Please Turn off “File and Print Sharing for Microsoft Networks”. Also if you have any file sharing programs running like “Kodak Easy Share”, or others Please Close them. Also Check for Auto Update Programs Running in your run menu, turn them off. The Firewall Within Windows is a very good, and requires no other to be installed. If You Install one, it will slow Down your Computer by 1/2 speed.

You gave Microsoft and others Permission to use your computer. If it is set to “Automatic Download for me”, well then your Computer is going to go on line with out you having control.

And when Your ISP says you have been using his service You Have Been.

Set the setting to:

“Download update for me, but let me chose when to install them." Apply then OK

This is considered unattended usage, it is not recommended by most ISP’s. Because of this, it leaves your computer open to the world for Hackers & Spammers.
